    There will also be instances where customers wont want any level of direct delivery by Ignite, which is also fine as we can use the 24/7 data visibility to act as a ‘critical friend’.

    Customers can use Ignite as a tool to measure their existing service provider; backed by a share save agreement on savings generated from the model.
